Martin Zubatkin

Marty is a recognized leader in the fields of real estate, owner representation and construction. He has overseen the planning and implementation of some of our most complex museum, educational, religious, institutional, performing arts and private development projects. Notable clients include the American Museum of Natural History, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Council on Foreign Relations, The Century Association and some of the major real estate developers in New York City.

In 1994, Marty founded Zubatkin Owner Representation to assist not-for-profit organizations in the strategic planning and implementation of their capital projects. The firm has established a culture of excellence, delivering the highest quality of work and exceeding the expectations of some of the most discerning clients. Zubatkin is also recognized for its in-house technical expertise and multidisciplinary team of over forty professionals, including architects, landscape architects, engineers, construction specialists and sustainability experts.

As Founding Principal, Marty continues to serve as an advisor and guides strategic initiatives for the firm. He is often sought out for his technical expertise, industry knowledge, and mentorship.
