Central Park Conservancy Reopens the Park’s Belvedere Castle

We’re excited to share that Belvedere Castle reopened to the public at the end of June!  Designed by notable architects Olmsted and Vaux in 1858, the building underwent a comprehensive interior and exterior restoration led by the Central Park Conservancy to preserve this important New York City landmark for future generations.  The project also includes a new geothermal system, reflective of the Conservancy’s commitment to environmental sustainability. Zubatkin served as the owner’s representative, advising the Conservancy on contractor selection and negotiation and providing support through construction. More information can be found on the Central Park Conservancy site.
