Established in 1901 and home of the historic first PGA championship, Siwanoy Country Club is one of the finest private member-owned clubs in lower Westchester County. To further its mission of providing the highest level of services and improve its amenity offerings, the Club embarked on a multi-phase master plan to renovate its clubhouse and redevelop the golf facility. The first phase of the program focused on the clubhouse renovation and features new state of the art kitchen and dining facilities, completely renovated and enlarged interior spaces, and new multi-level exterior member areas overlooking the golf course.
Role + Responsibilities
Siwanoy Country Club engaged Zubatkin Owner Representation to support them in the planning and development of their project. The Zubatkin team was responsible for management of the team selection, design, approvals, and construction. Crucial to the implementation of the program was conceiving the right plan for the project that would allow the Club to maintain ongoing operations during construction.
