Avi Englard, Vice President

Avi is a licensed professional engineer and project manager with over ten years of experience managing capital construction projects for educational, cultural, and religious institutions, as well as other mission-based organizations. His strategic approach is focused on early planning to navigate project challenges related to site logistics and phasing, complex public approvals processes, multiple funding sources, and ongoing campus operations. He also holds a successful track record of coordinating on behalf of both landlords and tenants in the planning and delivery of base building infrastructure and interior fit-out projects. Notable clients include the Guggenheim Foundation, New 42nd Street, and Horace Mann School.

With a formal background in civil engineering, as well as expertise in geotechnical, geo-structural, and environmental engineering, Avi is often sought out for his technical expertise and practical problem-solving skills.
