A Senior Project Manager with Zubatkin, Don is an accomplished professional with over thirty-five years of experience in the fields of architecture, interiors, project management and construction. His diverse experience includes institutional, mixed-use development, residential and corporate interior projects in the United States and overseas. With an ability to quickly understand the needs of owners and foster a collaborative team approach, he has built a portfolio of successfully completed projects and maintained longstanding relationships with his clients and colleagues. Notable assignments include work with the Guggenheim Museum, Smithsonian Institute, L&B Realty, Time Warner, Deloitte and numerous global financial services firms.
Don previously held senior-level positions with major architecture firms in New York City, where he had lead management responsibility for the design and implementation of over ten million square feet of construction. He serves as the Director of Technical Services for Zubatkin’s In-House Technical Group, advising on program development, design and technical issues.
