Over his fifteen years with Zubatkin Owner Representation, Jason has proven himself to be a valuable leader, effective communicator and skilled problem-solver. His experience includes the strategic development and oversight of capital construction initiatives for museums, art galleries, religious organizations, K-12 schools, and membership institutions across the East Coast of the United States. Notable clients include the Clark Art Institute, Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Planet Word Museum and Palm Beach Day Academy.
Over his career, Jason has worked on projects with renowned architects, such as Foster + Partners, Selldorf Architects, Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), and Tadao Ando. Focused on maintaining a clear understanding of his clients’ goals and objectives, he aims to challenge the project team to develop better solutions, delivering the best work product for the owner and maximizing the value of every dollar spent. Jason’s specialty areas of expertise include contract strategy and negotiations, exhibit development, dispute resolution and understanding facility operational requirements.
As Managing Principal, Jason oversees the day-to-day management for Zubatkin. In addition to his leadership role on projects, he is responsible for the firm’s operations and strategic planning initiatives.
