Jason Zubatkin

Having been a member of the firm for over ten years, Jason has proven himself to be a valuable leader, effective communicator and skilled problem-solver. His experience includes the oversight of multi-use projects for museums, art galleries, religious organizations, K-12 schools, and membership institutions across all stages of development, from initial master planning through design, construction, commissioning and close-out. Notable clients include the Clark Art Institute, Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Sperone Westwater Gallery, Central Queens Academy, and Congregation Habonim.

Over his career, Jason has worked on projects with renowned architects, such as Foster + Partners, Selldorf Architects, Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), and Tadao Ando. Focused on maintaining a clear understanding of his clients’ goals and objectives, he aims to challenge the project team to develop better solutions, delivering the best work product for the owner and maximizing the value of every dollar spent. Jason’s specialty areas of expertise include contract strategy and negotiations, exhibit development, dispute resolution and understanding facility operational requirements.
