Julie Geden

Julie has twenty years of experience in overseeing the planning and implementation of projects that involve a high level of complexity and the coordination of multiple stakeholders. Her portfolio of work includes the management of projects for arts, cultural, performing arts and educational institutions, as well as high-profile commercial developments. She is also skilled in the management of historic preservation projects that require approvals from the Landmarks Preservation Commission. Key clients have included the American Museum of Natural History, Jamestown, Park Avenue Armory, Saint Patrick’s Cathedral and Saint David’s School.

Prior to joining Zubatkin, Julie served as a Project Director with a major construction management firm in New York City. She brings extensive technical experience with base building construction, renovations, constructability analyses, site logistics planning and phasing, and cost estimating. She is also valued for her leadership skills, strategic approach, and collaborative management style.
