Kasey Pace, Vice President

With over twenty years of construction industry experience, Kasey has a proven track record of effectively translating the owner and architect’s vision into accurate, quality construction in the field. Her experience covers the successful delivery of projects at a variety of scales and includes the coordination of tenant fit-out requirements within new and existing buildings. Key clients include the Archdiocese of New York, Park Avenue Armory, The Spence School, Columbia University Medical Center, and General Electric.

Prior to transitioning into the role of Owner Representative, Kasey spent the majority of her career with a major construction management firm in New York City, where she was responsible for managing a variety of construction types. She brings a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the construction delivery process, including the scope and budget management; site phasing, logistics and coordination; environmental health and safety requirements; and quality control and procurement.

Outside of her work at Zubatkin, Kasey is active in a variety of not-for-profit and industry organizations, including Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Women Builders Council, Women in Need (WIN), and the New York Building Council. In 2021, she was awarded the Erica Lindenbaum Tishman Award in recognition of her community service, commitment to mentoring colleagues, and leadership within the industry.
