Mark Minkley

Mark brings over twenty years of experience in the management, design and construction of projects that involve diverse functional requirements and program objectives. His unique experience includes community facilities, educational institutions, public realm and private development projects. Notable clients include the Horace Mann School, The Dalton School, and Westport Weston Family YMCA.

Mark is known for his collaborative working style and ability to establish clear frameworks to foster effective decisionmaking. He has partnered with owners to help facilitate a successful public outreach process through the engagement of key stakeholders and community groups. Other specialty areas of expertise include not-for-profit governance, site logistics and phasing, and navigating complex approvals processes.

In addition to his direct project responsibilities, Mark leads Zubatkin’s in-house Green Team. He advises projects on such topics as the effective integration of sustainable materials, availability of green funding sources and energy management strategies.
