Marsha has over twenty-two years of experience guiding and implementing major projects in the NYC metropolitan area. Over the course of her career, she has demonstrated expertise in out-of-ground development for corporate and residential projects, as well as institutional and aviation upgrades.
With her extensive program management experience in design through construction planning and execution, Marsha brings keen knowledge and insight on scheduling, regulatory approval processes, strategic logistical planning, and control management.
Prior to joining Zubatkin, Marsha worked in senior management for construction and program management firms for which clients included The New York Public Library, The Brearley School, The Mark Hotel and British Airways.
