We’re excited to share that our client, the Universal Hip Hop Museum, broke ground on its new 50,000 square feet space last week! The museum will be located in the Bronx in a mixed-use development and is being delivered in partnership with L&M Development Partners, BronxWorks, and the City of New York. The new museum will provide a space for audiences, artists, and technology to converge, creating unparalleled educational and entertainment experiences around the Hip Hop culture.
Zubatkin has been engaged in supporting the budget development process for the museum and exhibit fit-out work. Watch the grounding breaking ceremony here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B4ISaEKGvlE
