The Metropolitan Chapter of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) offers educational opportunities and leadership development for professionals connected to the management of clubs. For the organization’s upcoming September Education Session, the programming will focus on how to strategically plan and manage capital construction projects.
Zubatkin’s Senior Principal Andy Bast will be speaking and presenting as part of two of the sessions. Andy will discuss the proposed structures for successful project delivery, including a review of the roles of the different A/E/C consultant partners. He will then moderate a panel of industry experts who will share their own experiences from recently completed projects.
