To further its mission of providing the highest level of service to its members and improve the guest experience, The Country Club of New Canaan developed a capital program to upgrade its facilities. The $24M project includes the construction of a new pool house and pool, as well as the reconstruction of the turn-of-the-century clubhouse. The project includes a full landscape and sitework package.
Role + Responsibilities
The Country Club of New Canaan engaged owner representation services to support them in the development of their project. Zubatkin has been responsible for managing the team selection, design, approvals, and construction of the project. Crucial to the implementation of the program was conceiving the right plan for the project that would allow the Club to maintain ongoing operations during construction.
