Zubatkin specializes in the management of projects for museums, educational institutions, community organizations, performing arts facilities, and private developments. Although a majority of our work covers not-for-profit institutions, we are also working with some of the leading private developers in New York City. This blend of not-for-profit and private development experience has provided us with a unique understanding of how to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to successfully structure projects with site challenges, complicated phasing, operational issues, and schedule constraints.
